This ensures that we can perfectly shape the product from the very beginning and guarantee the outstanding quality of each piece.

The first production step: clay sculpting.

Based on the images provided by customers, our clay sculpting masters create an identical clay sculpture according to head circumference and facial data. The entire process is completely handmade and can be adjusted to meet customers' specific requirements.

The delicate and natural skin texture, including fine lines and scars, gives the mask soul and personality, avoiding the stiff and rigid appearance common in ordinary masks.

The second production step: mold making

Molds are created based on the clay sculpture to form the preliminary mask mold, which is then hand-polished by our mold-making technicians to produce the final mask mold.

Subsequently, using our specialized silicone material, we craft exquisitely realistic masks in their original color, ensuring both precision and durability in every piece.

The Third Production Step: Coloring and Hair Implantation.

The process of applying color to silicone is crucial. Every detail — including skin tone, blood vessels, scars, and freckles — must be carefully replicated to achieve a lifelike, natural appearance in color, texture, and detail.

Handcrafted hair implantation is an extremely time-consuming process. Individual strands of hair are implanted according to the customer's requirements, with precise control over direction, density, and angle — especially along the hairline and thinner areas.

This creates an incredibly realistic effect. As the wearer moves, the implanted hair behaves naturally without stiffness or shifting.
